Jelqing – Does it really work?

Can you really enhance your penis size by jelqing?

One of the interesting things I’ve come across about male enhancement is Jelqing. It’s supposed to be an exercise that you can do to greatly enhance the size of your penis. There are lengthy how-to content about jelqing on the web, and even some chuckle-worthy videos about it. As those supposed “experts” put it, jelqing is supposed to be the backbone of every penis enlargement exercise on the web. If your end goal is to permanently increase the size of your penis, then you’re supposed to do jelqing exercises.

What is Jelqing?

Jelqing is a penis enlargement exercise, with a motion that mimics milking a cow, hence the name – jerking off and milking – JELQING. How appropriate. Some say that it has been around since the 1970s, but its origins have been traced back to how to milk a cow. The idea is to push more blood flow to your penis and force your muscles to become larger. Despite many people who say that jelqing is ineffective, and can cause serious damage to your penis, many still promise that this method works.

Can it be backed by science?

The idea is plausible. You push more blood into your penis, and eventually it will grow larger if you regularly repeat the exercise. The problem is that the exercise itself would irritate your penis. To jelq, you must press hard on the base of your penis, and your other hand would squeeze the blood to the tip. If that’s not bad enough, jelqing requires you to apply a warm rag to your penis to stimulate blood flow. If pressing hard on your penis isn’t painful enough for you, try doing it for AT LEAST 30 minutes a day, 5x a week, for a full year before you’re supposed to see actual results.

At best, what jelqing would do is to swell up your penis with skin irritation. Your penis is a muscle with many nerve endings, and you could guarantee yourself that you would feel each time you apply pressure to it. It’s not a natural process of your body, and your body would most likely react adversely to it.

What’s a good alternative to jelqing?

Firstly, jelqing is not supposed to be a primary solution for penis enlargement. For me, jelqing is like a prank that has gone way too far. If you really want to enlarge your penis, then taking supplements for penis enlargement would definitely be the way to go.

How do penis enlargement pills work?

Penis enlargement works with the same idea as jelqing – by pushing more blood to your penis, but not forcibly like what jelqing does. All it does is just to promote your body’s natural process of filling your penis with blood to increase length and girth. That way you wouldn’t have to irritate the skin, and you wouldn’t need to do it repeatedly for 30 minutes, 5 days a week, and for a full year before you see results. It works directly on your corpus cavernosa, which fills with blood each time you get an erection. You’d just have to be careful, though. Not all penis enlargement pills work, and many are just bogus supplements that promise penis growth.

Is there a guaranteed penis enlargement method?

The best penis enlargement solution that I’ve come across with is Formula 41 Extreme. Formula 41 Extreme is one of the best male enhancement pills on the market today. It contains ingredients that feed more blood to your penis, increasing the length and girth of your penis in no time. It also contains sexual health ingredients that improve your sexual performance. It’s an all-in-one male enhancement supplement that gives you the best benefits for sexual health. It’s a must-try for anyone who wants a bigger penis, and a healthier sex life.
