Testosterone, Test, the big “T” – it goes by so many names and terms, but how much do you really know about testosterone?

While all of these are benefits of testosterone, I always answer them by asking a simple question:
Why do you think you need testosterone? I always ask people this question because I want to set their expectations about what testosterone really does for the body.
If you want to get big muscles fast, simply getting testosterone wouldn’t give you big muscles just by taking it. You need the proper exercise and dedication to get you what you want. Testosterone affects muscle mass development, and all you need is that push to make testosterone work for you. It’s just a bonus that testosterone gives you a little more encouragement to exercise, because it does work wonders when you act on it.
If you want a healthier sex life, testosterone would help you (and even your lady) to get more satisfaction during sex. Men would notice that they perform better sexually when they were younger, and this may be a good reason to use testosterone supplements.
